Reflects the Company’s Late-Stage Infusible Pharmaceutical Pipeline

San Francisco, CA – October 26, 2015: BioQuiddity Incorporated (“the Company” or “BioQ”), a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of large volume ready-to-use infusible pharmaceuticals, announced today that it has changed its corporate name to BioQ Pharma to better reflect the Company’s evolution as a specialty pharmaceutical company with a late-stage pipeline of infusible pharmaceutical products and product candidates.
